    Supporting organisations in clarifying sustainability priorities, strengthening strategic direction and embedding sustainability across the organisation.

    • Developing and reviewing sustainability strategies and roadmaps

    • Strengthening governance structures and planning processes to support sustainability

    • Clarifying priorities and defining intended sustainability impact

    • Advising sustainability initiatives, programmes and partnerships

    • Supporting the transition from strategic direction to implementation

  • Implementation Support & Expert Input

    Supporting sustainability initiatives and programmes through implementation support, stakeholder collaboration and expert input across different organisational contexts.

    • Supporting sustainability initiatives and programmes across biodiversity, circular economy and social impact

    • Providing expert input to reports, frameworks, analyses, policy development and other project deliverables

    • Designing and delivering workshops, facilitation, mentoring and capacity-building activities

    • Supporting impact assessment, MEL systems and KPI development

    • Helping organisations communicate the story behind their sustainability work, including through photography where appropriate
